FILLET (No BONES) or GUT & SCALE (USUALLY BONES)
You should always put your freshly caught fish on ice, the Florida sun will spoil your catch in “NO TIME”, the best way to ice your catch is a saltwater & ice mix in the cooler, completely
submerge in the ice & water to firm up the flesh of the fish which makes filleting easier.
Take fish out one at a time, then after filleting put into bag and put back into ice mix.
