On The Way
So, be ready for the mullet schools to show up in the next few weeks as they will be migrating South. Usually, with the first early fall storm as the water gets really choppy and murky close to shore the bait starts streaming out of the inlets and starts to make the move down our beaches. Not sure if it is a mechanism that allows for a greater chance of avoiding predators. But, I am pretty sure from past history that the mullet run may start during the next few weeks as this approaching series of off-shore storms could be the spark that gets them going. courtesy of Rocky E.
