Sebastian Inlet Report

12-03-15 THURSDAY: SNOOK, BLACK DRUM, JACKS, BLUES, MACKEREL AND FLOUNDER

Fishing is good today. A little northwest breeze but overall the conditions are pleasant. That is about to change, however. The wind will turn out of the north to northeast tonight and tomorrow and be blowing 25 mph by the weekend. The seaweed is still a little thick and will probably roll in again with the next blow. In spite of this, there are some big snook being caught on shrimp as well as the big drum. A few Blues are starting to show and the Flounder run may be on!

Photos today show Luis Duverge's good fortune with a 40 lb Black Drum and a 35 inch Snook.
