The Sea Trout bite has been good with reports of them being caught at Bear point and Round island. Gulp shrimp and Topwater plugs have been doing the trick on the bigger trout. The Redfish bite has been steady with reports of them at Harbor Branch, the farther North you go the better the bite has been for the Reds. The Snook fishing has been outstanding at Fort Pierce and St. Lucie inlets and also the bridges near both inlets, an outgoing tide has been key for the bite. Flare hawks and Rapala Super Shad Raps have been the ticket. If you want to stay out of the wind the backwater fishing has been good with Snook up to 24" and Tarpon anywhere from a pound to 10lbs. Early morning and late afternoon has been the time to target these fish.
