From Todd / Eric @ Juno Bait -Juno Beach

INSHORE- The Lake Worth Lagoon (Munyan Island, MaCarthur State Park, etc.) saw a little improved action this week, and may improve even a little more with the coming cold front.  Scattered jacks, ladyfish, bluefish, and snook kept things interesting for anglers spending some time on the flats.  Live shrimp, Vudu Shrimp, and DOA CAL baits are a good choice for working over the grass right now.  The Loxahatchee River has some nice size snook holding around boat docks and seawalls. Look for the snook to be active during low light periods of the day and on moving water.  No reports to speak of from the Hobe Sound Flats this week, but the fish should be filling in halfway decently.  This is the time of year to bounce a goofy jig on the bottom in 2-4' of water for great mixed bag action in that area. 
SURF/PIER- The early part of the week saw limited surf action.  Croakers made up the bulk of the catch at the Juno Pier early in the week. Small pieces of shrimp and fishbites are the baits of choice for the croakers.  Other action along the beach was slim; with a few reports of scattered jacks and some bonefish.  Bluefish are biting a little bit late in the afternoon, with cut sardines and ballyhoo being the bait of choice.  Spanish Mackerel action remains good at Peck's Lake.  Bring lots of chum and glass minnow to get the mackerel fired up and then cast glow tubes, flash minnow jigs, and clark spoons for fast action on the macs.  Pompano reports remain very sparse, but may improve with the coming front.
