"Inside Mullet"
Mullet(especially finger mullet) love to use the ICW as part of their migration route; but, they don't tend to be wild about boat traffic. Boat traffic drives them down deep and makes finding them harder. As the sun goes down the mullet tend to come up to the surface, and usually hungry predators aren't far behind!
