Sebastian Inlet Report
REDS, SNOOK, SHEEPSHEAD, BLACK DRUM, JACKS AND SPANISH MACKEREL
We have a lovely morning at the inlet. Winds are blowing out of the West-Northwest at 10 mph and gusting to 19. Those gusts are notorious for sending the waves crashing over the jetties, so rain gear may be a good idea if you head to the inlet today.
In the past week there has been a very good variety of species being landed at the inlet. The Sheepshead bite continues to be strong, Black Drum, Spanish Mackerel, Black Drum, Jacks, keeper and oversized Reds and Snook, one lucky angler landed three keeper Snook in three days!!
Our first photo today features 7 year old McKenna Stranz with a C/R Black Grouper she landed off the T-Dock.
Photo two features 9 year old Cali Stranz with another C/R Black Grouper!
Photo three features inlet regular Mike Ricciardi of Vero Beach with an oversized C/R Redfish he landed (his second of the morning). Tony Swiderski landed a 31" slot Snook and Chuck Fischer of Satellite Beach landed an oversized C/R Snook
Our fourth photo features Mike White of Sebastian with a nice Black Drum he landed off the north jetty using live shrimp.
Our last photo is of Jose Dore of Palm Bay with a Sheepshead that was landed off the north jetty.
