From Whites Tackle - Ft Pierce / Stuart

Ft Pierce
Inshore the fishing has been steady with a few trout around and some reds to the north around Queens cove and back to the south around Bear point live shrimp and soft baits have been the bait of choice. The snook fishing in the inlet has been ok with live bait on the outgoing tide.

Stuart

Tarpon have been thick on the beach this week, try a 10 inch hogy lure in the black and pearl or bone color, even the new DOA airhead in the black grape or grape holo pattern.
Inshore snook have been bending rods consistently with reports of double digit days and slot sized fish caught in the first four hours of the day around docks and seawalls.  Trout around the power plant and Walton rd. have been reported in good numbers using small baits like the mirro lure mirrodine, rapala xrcd-7 and xr-8, DOA cals in the green back and figi chicken, and the new voo doo shrimps. We have a seminar next Tuesday in fort pierce location with legendary Captain Sam Crutchfield on Pompano Fishing!
