Sebastian Inlet Report

10-02-13 WEDNESDAY: MANGROVE SNAPPER, REDS, SNOOK, BLUES AND SPANISH MACKEREL

It's another beautiful day at the Sebastian Inlet. We have a real nice breeze blowing out of the East-Northeast at 12 mph and there is a light chop on the water.

We have a good Mangrove Snapper bite going on this morning, along with oversized and slot Reds. Snook are busting through bait pods and anglers are doing their best to land one in the slot. Blues and Spanish Mackerel are in the mix and Tarpon are active.

Our first photo today features Sanela and Elvis D. of Orlando. The duo fished the north jetty and landed a pair of matching slot Reds using live bait, just minutes apart.
Bill Keyes of Melbourne is featured in our second photo. Bill fished the north jetty and landed this large C/R Snook around 8:00 p.m. The Snook was released unharmed after the photo.
