Sebastian Inlet Report
08-26-13 MONDAY: MANGROVE SNAPPER, C/R SNOOK, REDS, BLUES, JACKS AND LADYFISH We have a mix of sun and clouds over the inlet this morning, helping to keep the heat at bay. Winds are blowing out of the Northeast at 5 mph and there is a light chop on the water. It looks as if the Redfish bite is picking up and we saw Mangrove Snapper in the 11" - 12" range come over the rails of the north jetty. A few Bluefish, Jacks and lots of Ladyfish were active in the evening hours. Our first photo today features Chuck Fischer of Satellite Beach with a nice 27" slot Red and two of five Mangrove Snapper he landed.
