From Native Tackle - Sebastian

INSHORE
Due to the heat and the weather patterns we have been experiencing, my suggestion is to fish mornings for best results.  Calm water means Topwater action and everyday this week has been "flat".  Refish, troutsnook, tarpon and flounder.  The trout fishing has been outstanding in our area.  If you are targeting the reds and trout, our tip is to use one or all the following.  Live shrimp, DOA baitbusters and/or DOA cal shad tails.  Fish the flats just south of the inlet for flounder.  In addition, just yesterday we received reports of triple tail being caught around the channel markers.

  INLET
Mangrove snapper, ladyfish, jacks, reds, flounder, spanish mackerel and snook have been the catch this week.  The water temps have been cold but that hasn't stopped the snook from being active.
