After The Storm

The Hot Spot today was Boynton Beach Inlet. There was SNAPPER, SNAPPER and more SNAPPER -- some good size fish came over the rails today. A nice mix of fish - blue runners, a few blue fish, some nice jacks, a snook or two, a few small muttons and grouper, moonfish, a redfish, even some small yellowtail snapper, but the story today was Mangrove Snapper. This is how it is after every GOOD storm we get here.
The BAD thing is it was "Elbow2 Elbow". I have Never seen that many people on the north jetty at one time in my 20 years fishing there. It wouldn't be so bad if you FISHED and not cast out, set your rod down and walk away. Throw out in front of "Y O U" not stand sideways and think your casting straight out.  Give your fellow angler alittle respect and not fish right on top of him. (Now that we are on this roll) -----It drives me and others crazy when some one puts ALL there stuff right where everyone is fishing...Tackle Boxes, Coolers, extra rods, even chairs. This can be put in the middle or even on the other side. Iv'e seen too many times when a good fish is caught and the angler is tripping over stuff. Its all about having fun. I fished alittle late today and really didn't catch much, some days, its like that but I had Fun. Tomorrow is a nother day and you better believe I'll be there at the Crack of Dawn......
