It's another beautiful morning at the inlet. Winds are blowing out of the Southwest at 8 mph and there is a moderate chop on the water.
There is a Spanish Mackerel bite going on this morning according to Tommy Turowski at the Sebastian Inlet Bait and Tackle Shop. There have also been some Snook and Reds (mostly oversized) Blues, Jacks, a few Pompano off the beaches, and Sea Trout and Flounder on the flats.
Our first photo today is of Andy who landed his very first Snook using a homemade red and white bucktail. This beautiful Snook measured 41", and was quickly released after the photo to go out and make more Snook! Rhim of Orlando fishing the north jetty reported abundant Ladyfish and Blues.
The next photo is of Nam who landed a nice 23" Sea Trout using a soft plastic jig and Thang who landed a massive Bluefish that measured 33" on a large swimbait
