From Native Tackle - Sebastian

INSHORE
Snook, redfish and trout have been feeding on live shrimp or soft baits. We recommend you try any of the D.O.A soft baits but good reports coming in of anglers using #304 Rootbeer shad and #406 Arkansas glow in shad.  Spoil islands and Wabasso Bridge are still holding some nice size trout as well  A few reports trickling in of flounder, anglers having the best luck are fishing just North of the Inlet and close to the inlet in the flats.
INLET
Spanish mackerel, spots, blues, trout, jacks and permit are coming over the rails/gunnels.  Redfish and Snook are being caught at night and early morning using pinfish and/or live shrimp.  Good reports of Grouper  being caught on the ledges of the channel.
Surf
The tarpon bite has picked up in the surf.  Reports of whiting in good numbers and the pompanobite has slowed down but for best results for those anglers targeting pompano, try North of the inlet.  If you like to shark fish, there are plenty of those being caught right at dusk.
