Sebastian Inlet Report

04-02-12 MONDAY: BLUES, JACKS, SHEEPSHEAD, SNOOK, FLOUNDER, BLACK DRUM, POMPANO, SEA TROUT AND POMPANO

Winds are blowing out of the West at 9 mph this morning and the water is clean and calm.

We had a gorgeous weekend and the pattern should continue through the today, then we may see some rain here and there during the rest of the week. Over the weekend we saw a good variety of fish come over the rails of the north jetty. A lot of Blues, Black Drum and Sheepshead and a smattering of everything else, Sea Trout, Flounder, Black Drum, Snook, Reds and Pompano were landed according to Tommy Turowski at the Sebastian Inlet Bait and Tackle Shop.
Our photo is of  Milagros Pomales of Winter Park. Milagros landed this big C/R Red off the south jetty  using shrimp.
