From Whites Tackle- Ft. Pierce

Inshore, yesterday was a good day for spanish mackerel catches off the south jetty in Ft. Pierce. Anglers there saw plenty of action using small size gotchas and silver spoons. The south jetty has been a good spot to find some decent snook fishing after sunset. Red tail hawk type jigs and pinfish have been getting the job done at the jetty and along the inlet. Trout and redfish remain strong for the spring time flats fishing. Top water lures and live bait are best for gator size trout this time of year.
