Inshore, the trout fishing remained strong over the weekend and anglers were still finding some redfish mixed in with them. Surf fisherman are catching bluefish, pompano and whiting on spoons, sandfleas, fresh shrimp and clam strips. Gotcha's have been working well on spanish mackerel and bluefish in the Ft. Pierce inlet. Snook fishing has been steady off the south jetty for some catch and release action.
