Sebastian Inlet Report

TGIF anglers! It's a foggy morning at the inlet. Winds are blowing out of the Northeast at 7 mph and the water is calm.

Something strange is going on today. There seems to have been a huge fish kill and there's a lot of bait fish in the waters of the Lagoon. Jetty anglers aren't seeing it yet, but when the tide switches to outgoing, don't be surprised to see a lot of dead fish flowing out of the Indian River. We're not sure what happened and FWCC has been notified to investigate the situation.

Fishing is slow again this morning as it has been the whole week. Mornings have brought in a few nice Black Drum, Sheepshead and keeper Reds, the Bluefish bite has been good this week, but overall it hasn't been real exciting. Night anglers have done ok with oversized Reds and catch and release Snook.
